2. What this website is
This is an information website about a planned hotel, casino and spa resort in Ryfylke, Norway. The resort has not been built and is not operating. The website:
- does not take bookings or reservations;
- does not sell goods or services and does not accept payments;
- has no user accounts, logins or member areas;
- does not allow visitors to upload or publish content.
The only way to interact with us through the website is to send an email, including the interest list email prepared by the contact form.
3. No offers
Nothing on this website is an offer to provide accommodation, food, entertainment or any other service, and nothing on it is an offer or invitation to gamble. The entertainment and gaming lounge is subject to licensing and will open only if Norwegian law permits it and the necessary licence is granted. Content about the lounge is intended for adults aged 18 and over.
4. Accuracy of information
We try to keep the website accurate and up to date, but it describes a project that is still being planned. Images are artist's impressions, and areas, capacities and other figures are planned figures that may change. Information may become out of date between updates.
The website is not professional advice of any kind. Descriptions of the region, its weather, its paths and its food traditions are general descriptions, not travel, safety, cooking, nutritional or medical advice. Please do not rely on them when planning outdoor activities, and always follow local safety guidance.
5. Intellectual property
The texts, images, artist's impressions, design, name, logo and monogram on this website belong to us or are used with permission. You may view the website, print pages for your own personal use and share links to it. You may not, without our written permission:
- copy, publish or distribute content or images from the website for commercial purposes;
- use the name Kumlegard, the logo or the monogram in a way that suggests a connection with us;
- present the artist's impressions as photographs of an existing building;
- extract content from the website systematically, for example with automated tools, to build a database or train software.
The fonts used on the website are published under the SIL Open Font License. Their licence text is included with the website files.
6. Acceptable use
When you use the website, you must not:
- use it for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these terms;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its server or any connected system;

7. Emails you send us
When you email us, please give accurate details and keep to the subject. Do not send sensitive information, such as information about your health, dietary needs or allergies, or financial details. The website links to a small number of other websites, such as Hjelpelinjen and data protection authorities. We link to them because they may be useful to you. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

If you are a consumer living in Norway or elsewhere in the European Economic Area, you also keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings before the courts of that country. The website is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Some pages describe a planned gaming lounge that, if it opens, will admit adults only. The interest list is open to adults only.

If you send us ideas, comments or suggestions about the project, we may use them freely and without any obligation to you. We will not publish your name or your message without your permission.
