These Terms and Conditions apply to the interest list for Kumlegard Ryfylke Resort & Casino and to the information published on this website about the planned resort. Please read them together with our Terms of Service, which cover the use of the website itself.
1. Who we are
The interest list and this website are provided by:
Pavlo Zhelezniak
23 Valeriia Lobanovskoho Avenue, Kyiv 02000, Ukraine
Email: [email protected]
2. The resort is a project
Kumlegard Ryfylke Resort & Casino is a planned resort in Ryfylke, Norway. It has not been built and is not operating. No rooms, suites, houses, meals, spa visits, events or other services can be booked or requested at present. Everything described on this website is a plan and may change.
3. The interest list
Joining the interest list is not a booking and creates no obligation. In particular:
- it is not a reservation, a pre-sale, a deposit or a contract to provide accommodation or any other service;
- we do not ask for, and will not accept, any payment through the interest list;
- it gives no right to a particular room, date, rate or level of service;
- it means only that we will write to you about the project and tell you when reservations open.
You can leave the list at any time by writing to [email protected]. How we handle your details is explained in our Privacy Policy.
4. Artist's impressions and planned figures
All images on this website are artist's impressions. Layouts, areas and finishes may change during construction. Room sizes, numbers of guests, capacities of halls and the size of the spa are planned figures, not promises. The final design, materials, number of rooms and range of facilities may differ from what is shown.
5. Nothing is sold
This website sells nothing, and nothing can be obtained through it. No dishes, food products, cooking instructions, kits or other goods are offered, now or in the future, through this website. The kitchen described on these pages is part of the planned resort, where food will be served to guests. It is not a retail business, and it does not supply food to anyone outside the resort.
6. The Thursday table
The weekly shared supper described on this website is a plan for the future resort. It is not a service that can be requested, reserved or attended now. When the resort opens, the format, availability and conditions of the Thursday supper will be set out separately, and guests will be asked about dietary needs before they arrive. The description of the local tradition is a general description of the region, not cooking or dietary advice.
7. Weather, water and access
The resort is planned in a landscape of steep cliffs, waterfalls and deep fjords where the weather changes quickly. We cannot guarantee weather, views, water levels or access. Trails, quays, outdoor terraces and the cold plunge beneath the waterfall may be closed at any time because of weather, water level, ice or safety, and some routes will be closed in winter. Paths on the cliffs are steep, and local safety guidance must always be followed.
8. The gaming lounge
The entertainment and gaming lounge is subject to licensing. Land-based casinos are not currently licensed in Norway, and the lounge will open only if Norwegian law permits it and the necessary licence is granted. It may never open. Nothing on this website is an offer or an invitation to gamble, and no bonuses, promotions or prizes are offered. If the lounge opens, entry will be for adults aged 18 and over, with identification checked at the door.
9. Opening date
The opening date is to be announced. We do not guarantee that the resort will open on any particular date, or at all. Plans, timings, facilities and the name of the resort may change without notice.
10. Age
The interest list is open to adults aged 18 and over only.
11. Liability
As the interest list is free and creates no obligation, we are not liable for any costs or losses arising from plans you make on the basis of it, such as travel arrangements, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, or any rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
12. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. If you are a consumer living in Norway or elsewhere in the European Economic Area, you also keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings before the courts of that country.
The European Commission's online dispute resolution (ODR) platform, previously available for online consumer disputes, was closed on 20 July 2025. Consumers in Norway can contact the Norwegian Consumer Council (Forbrukerrådet) for advice and mediation. Consumers elsewhere in the EEA can turn to the alternative dispute resolution bodies of their own country. We are not obliged to take part in alternative dispute resolution, but we will consider any request in good faith. Please write to us first, so that we can try to resolve the matter directly.
13. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the project develops. The date at the top of the page shows when they were last changed. Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected].
